She was tested in 2018 because she competed in several international races for the US.

That's not how the athlete testing pool works. You don't just get to tell the USADA to stop testing you for a year when you are still a registered elite runner so you can take PEDs. Once you are in the pool you stay in the testing pool until you retire.
Molly was a good NCAA runner, but then didn't do much after college for a bit. She has only been super relevant post collegiately for less than 24 months and a lot of that time was during the pandemic when they temporarily stopped testing. Rupp has been globally relevant for over a decade. Molly's testing numbers might start picking up, but it makes sense she would have been tested less frequently than Rupp.

That's not how the athlete testing pool works. You don't just get to tell the USADA to stop testing you for a year when you are still a registered elite runner so you can take PEDs. Once you are in the pool you stay in the testing pool until you retire.
Who said Molly was in the OOC testing pool prior to 2020? She had two tests in 2018, which would line up with the two XC meets She medaled in. No tests shown prior to 2018. Then she started getting tested regularly after making the Olympic team in 2020.
Of course if she wanted to catch up to Rupp's testing numbers she could find a similarly shady coach. Maybe Dennis Mitchell or Justin Gatlin would be willing to help a distance runner.
From the USADA athlete test history database, I was absolutely shocked to find out that as of this minute, Molly Seidel has only EVER been tested 14 times by the USADA ever since she has been racing all these years. That is a mind stupidly low number since she has been racing in her teens and amounts to just 1 test a year!!! And this from the most suspicious American woman marathoner that overnight began running faster than East Africans. You have got to be kidding me that such pathetic anti-doping is carried out on her like she is a protected figure. I wouldn't be surprised if the USADA gives her a heads up phone call before they give her the yearly "negative" doping "test".
Compare this to Galen Rupp that has been tested by the USADA 212 times!!! That's literally a test every month if not more! Why the sexism? Galen Rupp's performances have always been consistent and has a vast history of progression unlike Molly Seidel that has a single overnight leap.

That's the sole job of the USADA and it did nothing, exactly zero testing of Seidel for the entire year and more leading up to Olympic Trials of which they knew full well she was competing in? You have got to be freaking kidding with me, the USADA testing database shows that Lance Armstrong was only EVER tested by the USADA a total of 31 times all those decades stretching back to when he was a teen cheating in triathlons with PEDs. The database shows only 2 tests from when he was in triathlon and only 29 tests over all those decades as a cyclist. That is absolutely pathetic amounting to just 1 or at most 2 tests a year despite being the most prominent and suspicious American athlete ever. This is just more evidence that the USADA is insanely corrupt and only when Floyd Landis started talking to the feds did it care.
USADA also isn’t going to test someone living most of the year in Europe that much. That would’ve fallen on the local ADA or WADA. USADA isn’t the only org running tests.

She qualified for the Olympic Trials by running the half marathon in Houston on January 19th, 2020. Prior to that, she didn't have a qualifying time.

It shows that the USADA is extremely predjudiced against Galen Rupp subjecting him to more than tests than anyone else, 16 tests alone in 2021, and this has gone on for over a decade and they have yet to catch him for a single thing. Compare this to Molly Seidel who wasn't even test AT ALL in 2019 when she did her extremely suspicious marathon transformation overnight for the Olympic Trials. ADAs and ADOs use intelligence to decide their testing strategy.
In the case of Rupp, a whistleblower came forward and said to take a close look at NOP and their athletes. After 7 years of investigations and trial and appeal, with heightened scrutiny, no NOP athletes were ever sanctioned -- a result confirmed by USADA, WADA, an AAA Panel, and a CAS Panel. Ironically and tragically, the only NOP-connected "athlete" known to "dope" was the whisteblower himself, who was personally responsible for finding a WADA-legal method, both from a WADA "strict liability" point of view, and according to an explicit instruction memorialized in an email from Salazar. It is not clear if he was ever charged.
Makes me wonder if that was the best use of scarce anti-doping resources.
