Probably not optimal, but you can still achieve a lot with it. Somehow also a nice routine, just look for a nice loop in the nature. Basically I don't do anything else and I like it. However, I would not run every day. One day intervals, one day tempo and one day progression style (start slow, finish faster by feel), all the other days easy. If you gradually make the intervals / tempos harder, it works.
