That Tuesday workout the week of your last week I would just do something like 8x200 just maybe a second faster than 800 pace with 400m jog. Hay is already in the barn. Cut your other runs a 1/3rd or so. So 45min becomes 30min etc.

Just reporting back to say I ran 2:09.1.
Delighted to have broke 2.10 and thanks to those who offered advise. Splits were 31/63/1.37/2.09.. pace drifted on the 3rd lap but I felt strong throughout.. I've found another 800m race end of march, feel free to offer advise on any workouts that I may benefit from in the meantime.
Congrats! Sounds like 2:07-08 was possible. Just keep up similar training. See how close you can get to sub-2:05.
