Yes, I agree. Mr JS is a very thrilling coach coming up.And he does it for free. Nothing to lose I think?

Troll?
Who has these PBs and is 26 y.o.?
Why would someone with a 28:52 PB and a 4:04 want to be running the 1500m at this point in his career?

You should look into Keith Brown. He coaches Spencer Brown (The athlete special) who is in a very similar situation to you, and his having a lot of success getting coached by his dad. Apparently Keith is open to coaching other people, and is someone who has had success coaching people at your level.
Yes, all that success of...a few workouts any 3:45 runner could do.
To OP; cmosub4 is easily the most qualified coach in this thread, but if you are looking for merely suggestions, I would say reach out to the nearest elite club (something like Empire Elite, HOKA Aggies, etc.), they are usually open to developmental prospects joining, and you will get better coaching there than 99% of people on LetsRun.
I agree but Keith ran some fast times back in the day, he knows what he is doing.
But I think your times have to be fast enough to train with a group somewhere. Where do you live?

You're borderline psychotic. Don't go with JS/Coach Wizard or any one of his aliases
Do you have any specific goals?
What elevation do you live at?
What sort of terrain do you have to train on?
Any ideas what you can run a flying 200m in?
Have you had injury issues that would prevent you from increasing mileage further?
Height/weight?

He's a normal guy with lots of running experience and knowledge.I guess we will see the next goat coach in Mr JS.
Could this guy be Tim McGowan?
About the same age & similar PR's(?)

No I didn`t. You followed easy the paces I gave you at the treadmill, but when it came to running outside you didn`t know how to control the paces I gave you and to hold your horses of your new higher level. When the coaching started you didn`t tell me that you had an old foot injury and it eventually flared up but after some rest and stabilizing shoe inserts/ support you were ready to go again the DANCAN way but became entagled in the belief that you knew best how to move forward. But I don`t regret the coaching of you and I found it very interesting and amazing to one more time see how fast the DANCAN system improves a runners running ability.
magic@coachjs.seYes you did. When Canefis was running too fast you said look everyone, my system is working.
When Canefis was tired, you said nothing.
Now you want to blame him for your false promises.
You have no shame or humility. You're self absorbed. Narcissistic. Delusional and Dishonest. A bad coach.

^^ I second this
a function to block/filter 'everything JS' would be quiet cool for this forum.
I can coach you, but only if you ran those PRs without Super Shoes.
I don't coach dopers, whether it be physiological or mechanical.
Firstly, thank you to everyone for all of their replies. I will work on reaching out to everyone over the weekend.
I have also made an email if it is easier for anyone to reach out to me there.
To answer a couple questions:
I am looking for online coaching as I am not sure where I will be living next year.
Coach JS - one post is enough, if I am interested I will reach out, if not please stop derailing this thread.
Why would I want to run a 1500m? Because I can run a fast one and it is fun, maybe you should try doing something for fun, would help you lighten up. I am also sure that many 26 year olds have PRs like this.
Do you have any specific goals? I was thinking sub 4 mile and 13:30low before looking at a sub 28 10k.
What elevation do you live at? I am at sea level
What sort of terrain do you have to train on? Mostly trails/dirt road, but have access to outdoor and indoor track, grass and hills.
Any ideas what you can run a flying 200m in? I ran one in 23.9 or so in high school, I haven't really touched that sort of speed for a while but I could see myself being able to hit 24 something.
Have you had injury issues that would prevent you from increasing mileage further? Not that I can think of.
Height/weight? 5'8 and about 125.
Super shoes guy - let me know how not coaching anybody ever works out for you
Hello athlete,
I am impressed with your times and congratulate you on your athletic journey so far.
I am a German coach and would be interested in coaching you (no fee, I simply enjoy coaching and dealing with high level athletes). I believe you will have potential to improve significantly as I assume you are now outside of the NCAA system.
My training approach focuses on aerobic development, with a heavy focus on work at around 2.0mmol of lactate. Depending on your goals/competition opportunities I would look at either a double or single periodisation with two/one ‘championship’ period. I use three blocks of training- general, specific, competition.
I have sent you an email but wanted to respond here incase you do not check that email often.
