Yep, this is what I was looking for when I asked the question at that time. Not sure why it took so long for the truth to come out and why SafeSport elected to be vague about it.

In regard to these new allegations, why would Salazar want to spend a fortune in legal fees to try to prove a negative?

I would guess a person prior who never got into specifics but always said "the truth will come out".

I addressed that in my post. No doubt C.I.A. Director George Tenet was a source for NYTimes b.s. columns leading up to Iraq Conflict. Al Sal is big news on this site but NYTimes is not going to make up a lie in regard to Al Sal. Before NYT accuse someone of sexual assault, I am sure attorneys NYT have on retainer read column first.

Agree, it would make zero sense for them to make something up like that or fail to have solid sourcing. The juice isn't worth the squeeze for them to cut corners on that just to be first.

Was this a regular practice for Salazar? Wouldn't NOP normally have a dedicated masseuse?
