Conquer STD concerns by wearing a condom. If you want a recommendation, I used to wear Okamoto Condoms 003 and 004 there like $2 each kinda annoying.

For the oral std concerns, use your fingers instead..

It's not the sex that will hurt your running, it's the countless hours that's spent on Grindr looking for it.

I agree with what Bill Bowerman's philosophy was, on this topic (according to Kenny Moore's book) in that it wasn't the act that wasted an athlete's energy, it was all of the energy used before that, to get to the act.

WTF? No. Running is a fun little pastime but having it alter you life, sexual or otherwisw, is ridiculous.

Stay strong young man! I'm in my early 30s and have run under 15 minutes a few times. Like you, I do not engage in sexual activities with women. I do this out of fear and because having carnal relations with women is a zero sum game!

Your fears are valid. I know somebody who used to run your times and he then got a girlfriend and basically had to give up running and started sleeping around. Sleeping around remains his hobby and running is a distant memory. Its a slippery slope. Stay pure, man!

Bro, are you serious?? How you gonna turn down some pu$$y because of your training. You can do both! Here’s my tips, make sure to hydrate before and after having sex. Coffee will be your best friend in the morning. As long as you keep a healthy diet, you’ll be fine. Test it out with workouts see how you feel. Definitely don’t have sex days before a race.

You should look into changing things. If you can't do that, after a reasonable period of time trying, get some help. There is no way you should be avoiding going on dates because of sport or running. Why don't you challenge yourself and go on a date to prove it's fine? You don't really need to have sex but meeting girls is fine. Do you hang out with friends or avoid that too? You need some balance. You may even run better for it. Being this obsessed about running can lead to injury or illness.
