The video is terrible. There is nothing strange at all it looks like just a drone and some bad camera work.
Why would you think this was the UFO or why would you think it would be interesting? It's an incredibly slow flying object with flashing lights that does a vague maneuver at the ends while your camera work conveniently gets really bad

The object to which you refer is NOT the anomaly in question. Look ABOVE the airplane ✈️ towards the center of the screen @ 00:40-00:50! Apologies for the abysmal quality: this was taken on an iPhone camera roll. So be it.
