I like your efficiency, we should make you the head of SafeSport. Speaking of which, there are photos on the social media of Coach Jon Green and Molly Seidel hugging each other, which is a huge SafeSport "sexual misconduct" no, no.

You are playing all the hits today! Such impotent rage leads me to believe that you are impotent in other aspects of your life.

That's so going to convince me Jon Green and Molly Seidel magically transformed with just bread and water.
Does it not strike you as extremely odd that Jon Green was not even good enough as a self proclaimed "professional" runner to have even made it into a mention in ANY news articles before he hooked up with a fairy Godmother and magically transformed Seidel overnight? Like literally, there are zero news results for Jon Green as a runner before he suddenly got a Midas touch on Seidel and is now preaching to the world about how great a coach he is, just like what Chris Carmichael did.
She is 100% doping. Improvements make no sense based on her past. Based on how many Americans are dirty, I would’t be surprised. They know how to test negative and beat the system. She’s about as clean as a dog rolling in mud.
Actually, if you think about it, her improvement is somewhat reasonable due to her underlying circumstances. Molly suffered from RED-S and disordered eating, resulting in severe injuries leading to much missed training time. When she was having these issues, inconsistency was definitely her biggest limiting factor as a runner. However, getting healthy has allowed her run significantly greater mileage without injury. There is no doubt that the ability to handle a high training load and remain consistent played a significant role in Molly's drastic improvement.
molly didnt magically qualify for the olympics, she made a big move with ali in challenging conditions and folks like desi waited too long to respond.
shes not the third best marathoner in the world either, just the third best at the olympic race. she ran an all or nothing race when a lot of b-listers ran more conservatively. and honestly we probably wouldnt be talking about her at all if lonah salpeter didnt get menstural cramps.

Stop it with the woke BS about RED-S, my heart can't take much more. Have you even looked at Molly Seidel's photos on Instagram over the years? She's actually dropped weight from looking at her photos and how lean she is now compared to before her magical transformation with Jon Green.
It's hard for me to believe that anyone can make team USA without some form of pharmaceutical assistance. I hate to admit it but that's just how jaded I've become.
That said, there's nothing in Molly's story that stands out (other than being really good). I haven't really followed her career but I understand that she was a champion in HS and NCAA. The women's marathon isn't exactly stacked with fast track runners so it makes sense that someone young could come along and have a breakthrough.
The inexperience of the Coach doesn't raise a concern to me. If anything that's a mark in their favor because they are less likely to have a lot of connections and experience in the world of doping. It's not like it's that hard to coach someone (if you're just doing above board stuff like training hard). If she was being coached by someone with a long history of shady behavior and a laundry list of late career athletes with major breakthroughs then I'd be a lot more concerned.

You must have been a gymnast to be able to handle that kind of mental gymnastics. You really think all those women in the Trials and Olympics were sandbagging and purposely let Seidel run away?

So Jon Green's connections to Mike Smith and Galen Rupp is not suspicious to you? And Green claimed he was a "professional" runner so if course he has connections, and suspiciously there is zero mentions of Jon Green as a runner before he transformed Seidel, why is that?
One of the most talented runners in the US(FL, NCAA XC champ) becomes one of the top marathoners in the US, and the assumption is that she's cheating? Lol nice.
Pair any runner that talented with high mileage and just about any training philosophy and they'll succeed.

LOLOLOL.
Are we talking about the same 16 time state champion, FLCC national champion, NCAA champion, who had a couple years of injuries !?!?
You're right shes never beent hat great .....
Shes been blowing girls & women out of the water since she was 14. The development has been very consistent/natural. What are you smoking?

Being FLCC or NCAA doesn't mean much on the world stage. You really think being FLCC or NCAA is the same fitness level as an Olympic Marathon medalist beating virtually all the East Africans in an event she never did before Jon "Midas" Green and went from no fitness to terminator in less than a year? Now, I have to ask what are YOU smoking?

Everyone knows XC is a joke and no one cares about it.

None of us care to convince you. We're only here to discredit you.
No, but it points to a natural progression of elite running from a young age.
I watched her race personally in hs, and it was very clear then how big of an engine she had, and even more obvious that her talents would excel at the longer distances. And yes, XC dominance does matter - as a sign of strength and ability for the body to hold up to tough training. Paul Radcliffe excelled at XC too...she was a decent marathoner ; )
Hence the lack of surprise when she continue to dominate in collegiate 10k races.
Her mileage has taken off - its not shocking to see one of the most talented runners the US has ever had continue to be successful at a distance she is built to run when she increases her mileage like this.
As others have also suggested, she ran 2 nearly flawless races to qualify, and then later medal.
I don't think a ton of US marathoners took her move at trials completely seriously (i.e. Desi thought she would fall apart). Same could be said at the olympics, she went balls to the wall.
Great kid, totally legit.

So I was looking n my into the background of self proclaimed coach Jon Green and Molly Seidel. Jon Green claims to have never run a marathon and had no coaching experience and yet in just 1 year he transformed Molly Seidel from an injured has been runner to Olympic medalist in the women's marathon. I've followed pro sports long enough to call this complete BS.
...
What are Jon Green's connections? Which doctors or dopers does he have associations with? Jon Green's and Molly Seidel's explanation for her massive and very suspicious performance transformation within a very short time as due to Green's coaching is extremely laughable, especially with zero coaching experience and not being old enough to even race masters.
As a first rate detective who watched Molly from the age of 14 onward, I have done extensive research and uncovered the very drug responsible for Molly's transformation from a non speed demon to FLCC Champion to NCAA champion to bronze medalist.
The drug is LOVE.
She loves the guy and he offsets her insecurities that led to an eating disorder. He gives her confidence and therefore she trusts and listens to him. The talent was otherwise always there.
Case closed, case closed.

Because of their anti-inflammatory properties. From your link:
