Interesting selection of meals leading up to the race for Kofuzi. He admitted he dined at a pizza buffet on Friday night and went to a 7-11 for “snacks”. Not hating but he should eat better the final days leading up to a marathon.

he does youtube on the side not his full time gig. he mentioned in a video for 2020 he made 27k for the year.
Going by latest race, he's the same caliber, only 2 minutes slower than SJD in a marathon. That's pretty good considering SJD has won Pikes Peak and has run 1:05.

Ahhhh….Seth’s YouTube journey has become annoying but he’s run a low 2:20’s marathon. That’s like 40 minutes faster than Konfuzi will ever go.

I don’t remember the details but didn’t he run the first half of that last race at 5:20 pace, shlt his drawers several times and stop to unload the cargo at like 9 porta potties then jog it in just to finish??? That’s not a race time. Konfuzied couldn’t run 400 meters at Seth’s marathon pace.

Not quite, unless he has provided more detail (I haven't actually watched him since last year), but my impression from threads here was that he didn't hit any porta potties. My impression was he was just making an excuse after going out too hard. He could have run much faster if he was realistic, but 3:00:xx is in the books. Stupid running doesn't earn you bonus time, so he is currently only 2 minutes faster than Ko.

IIRC, he said he’s a lawyer by training and ran his law firm. I wondered how he does his live streams mid day almost every day, but if he’s doing it full time, that would make sense. Though running for a living seems like a hard way of life, especially as you age. In any case, hope he is enjoying it and wish him the best.

There is no training plan that would cause Kofuzi to get as fast as SJD. Just like there is no training plan that would allow a 230 marathoner to reach world class. So what purpose does it serve for message board trolls to jump on every single public athlete and sports figure to post their brilliant insight that someone is slower than other?
Who knows? But it is what LRC is all about. Namely: Pretending that you are super fast and an expert at all things running and everyone is woefully deficient compared to you.
To the extent people on here think there is animosity between them, my understanding is that Seth and Kofuzi are friends/supporters of each other.
