One more attempt at LRC Fantasy Football 2021

We can do Tuesday or Wednesday but I will have to auto-draft. I work Tue-Fri nights. I personally won't involve money but anyone else is free to do what they want of course.

I'm fine with having the draft on Monday night as well. I say to have the draft on Monday at 8pm Eastern Time so Veritas can join since he started the league.

Yeah Monday night is fine. I think asking everyone to pitch money is just not realistic. A lot of runners are young and haven't started a career, don't have much money and that's okay. Like I said I'll etrans the winner 100 bucks, no problem. That will be enough to guarantee 12 people and competitiveness which is ideal.

I think my usual league this year is dead, so I joined.

I'm in (team name is Kipchoge at QB). Monday any time or Tuesday any time after 5 Pacific should guarantee that I'll be drafting live (non-auto).

Should we have 6 teams make the playoffs?

Also, it looks like it's set as 4 teams make the playoffs and 2 weeks of playoffs each round.

Do we want to change it to one week of playoff per round? And also have the championship week on Week 17?

I think it'll be better to eliminate Week 18.

Awesome! Do you want to change the playoff schedule to be 1 week per round and starting on week 15? Therefore, playoffs will be week 15,16,17?

Definitely end the season on week 17 and up the playoff teams to 6. Love the PPR format. My .02 you can take or leave: no dumb kicker; just make that position another flex spot (RB/WR/TE). Thanks for setting up the league.

I personally like having a kicker. It’s another position that you have to adjust depending on matchups to see where you think will have a lot of kicks. Or if games are played in bad weather, you probably want to swap out your kicker.

I prefer to play with standard roster.

It’s silly not having a kicker. If points are being scored on a play, then it should project itself into fantasy. Same reason the defense/special teams gets points if there’s a score in the game.

I LOVE ppr, however, I’ve preferred .5 points per reception over a whole point. Just my preference.

I agree. Keep the kicker, keep the D, and 0.5 PPR is reasonable.

I like having a Kicker as well since they score points in actual games. I have set the playoffs to 6 teams. The NFL season is 18 weeks this year so their will be a 15 week regular season and weeks 16-18 will be the playoffs. I prefer 1pt per reception but if more people want .5 I can change that. The draft is Mon Sept 6th at 8pm. It is a snake draft and the draft order is randomized and set 1 hr prior to the draft.

Yea, I prefer the standard roster like this. I’ve always played half PPR, but in all of leagues, I’m playing PPR this year. I’ll be fine with going PPR this year and trying it out.
