black·mail
/ˈblakˌmāl/
noun
the action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding payment or another benefit from someone in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them.
"they were acquitted of charges of blackmail"
verb
demand money or another benefit from (someone) in return for not revealing compromising or damaging information about them.
"trying to blackmail him for $400,000"
Can you provide instances where a university has demanded payment or money in return not revealing compromising information? Are you suggesting students are forced to pay tuition at a university they don't want to attend under the threat that damaging information about them would be revealed? How does this relate to the Covid vaccine?
