Yup, no middle-man and hired the Amish (the white Mexicans of PA) to build the track.. just amazing investment love it.

$300k buys next to nothing in Chester County, unfortunately. Definitely not 150 acres.
I was curious about the specifics of this so I did some digging and found that in fall 2020 the Hoey family purchased several parcels totaling over 135 acres for nearly $3 million. A pretty penny for sure.
I almost beat one of the Hoey bros once. I was just some dude training alone after work. And here he was, in a "Hoey Investments" singlet and all. Very weird vibes.

I hadn't heard/thought about the Hoey Brothers in years. Even the youngest one would be a College Senior by now.
Is there a precedent for going 0 for 3 with three talented kids like this?
The Hoey's are being coached by Rinaldi now, interested to see if they can kick on in 2024
