Animal snout, tail, feet, tripe, blood, and more are eaten around the world. In the U.S. those are special order as "variety meats". In the U.S. it is more likely you will find offal in certain foods.
Hot Dogs: meat "emulsion"; lower-grade muscle trimmings, fatty tissues, head meat, animal feet, animal skin, blood, liver and other edible slaughter by-products.
Sausage: See hot dogs.
Pulled Pork: front shoulder and leg (hoof).
Corned Beef (Hash): left-over (undesirable) meat cuts; leg, back, knee caps, neck.
