Guys, you're not getting it. This is a promotional video for Allie O and for Brooks (see the final minutes). She's got to show some of her personality here. She's not really going to be complaining seriously about wind -- in Seattle -- when she was raised in Alaska and ran at Boise State... She's got to keep it lively, build a little tension. Can't just say "I ran my 20 x 400 meters and went home..." Got to add a bit of local color. Don't you see how the story builds? Does her workout, visits doctor and physiotherapist, then goes home and finds the elves have left her the very best (Brooks) shoes and running bras. Now is super happy as she shows them to us. The best young runners I know don't walk around with a selfie stick vocalising self obsession. They let their legs do the talking.
