So they go with a two-host approach and many aren't happy - they say that Richards is an insider and he has baggage...Bialik is a radical anti-vax type, etc.
Problem is that many of these same people then unabashedly push Levar Burton, because of Reading Rainbow and Star Trek and diversity and whatever else. The problem is that Burton was not a good host at all...easily in the bottom tier in the eyes of most neutral observers. The two that were selected were far better hosts. I thought others would've been better selections than Richards/Bialik, but that's the way it goes. I just shake my head at the society we live in today where you can't even appease the rabid diversity and inclusion mob with a young female hire, and that we should be ashamed for not hiring the "cool" black guy that actually stinks at what the job description entails. Absolute insanity, but that's the norm nowadays in the good ole U.S.A.
