A lot of Oregonians are asshole-ish like this.

I just moved here a little over a month ago. I work at Nike and the Tulatin hills is decent for an 8 or so miler, combine it w/ the outer trail at Nike (about 3k).
I also ran at Tryon Creek (spelling?) just a little south of Portland about 10 min, it's good for 12 or so miles.
But I live in Portland near Forest Park, and that place is great, you'll get lost there.
I got a long run Saturday and my trainer partners are both racing, so hit me up if you're interested.
i've personally gone through the Nike campus multiple times (usually not during working hours) and have never been harassed. I'm not suggesting that people go there and have picnics on the soccer fields but if you are just running through I dont see why they would yell at you.
Try the nature park, it is a little South of Nike campus, you can find it on a map(google Tualitan Hills Nature Park). It has maybe 4 or 5 miles of trails in it, .5 or so miles from Nike, I mile from THPRD.
Running in Forest Park in the evening is a little creepy...all the drunkard come out. Many women have been raped in the park as well, even in broad daylight. Lots ok homeless people. Nice place though!
I have to dispute this poster's claim of "many women have been raped in the park even in broad daylight."
Forest Park is a safe place to run.
