Let him do 50 real pull-ups. Let them run a timed run on a qualified course. The number of people who do Cross Fit is extremely tiny. There are millions of athletes who would blow him away if they had any inclination to do so.
Not one single current top crossfit athlete can run under 58 seconds in the 400 meter dash at bodyweights over 190.
But wait. They are fit.
