Do we know how it will work -- say a kid takes a redshirt year earlier and then does not compete because of this tragedy? Will they be able to petition for a "6th year"?

Thanks for replying to that yahoo so I didn't have to.
In the good news department, it appears that the track athletes will be attending LA Tech, along with the football team. Classes there start next Monday, so it should be a good situation for these kids.
