I used shoe goo to paste the insoles of my Nike frees.
I didn't even bother with careful application. Just smeared it around with the tip of the tube.
I was worried about lumps but I haven't felt any yet.
And the insoles haven't slipped.
Because it allow brick and mortar stores to “up sell” into expensive aftermarket insoles.
Remember the human foot was designed to be used without insoles and arch support.
