Money is obvious the biggest factor but leadership matters as well. I honestly would think it wouldn’t be that hard for someone ranking in a million plus a year to plan a usa track meet. I mean all field events and most running events are already socially distanced. I’d love to see the 800s run from lanes from start to finish and to see the 1500s and above run as time trials with the number one seed running last.
