Salazar was a freak of nature and there's never been another runner like him. There were a couple of times during a boring run where I tried a shuffling stride for a few minutes and it felt really easy. The problem was that I wasn't running very fast. With Salazar's long legs, he could efficiently shuffle along at world class paces.
If the OP has Salazar's body and stride, he doesn't need to start a thread for advice.
