I just finished up my cross country season last week at my State meet. I've taken a week off and I'm not sure if I should take another week off. My legs feel good and I ended my season strong. I'm really looking to make some big improvements in my track season this year. I tried out the 3200m a couple of times towards the end of my track season last year and found out that I'm not horrible at it. I ran a 12:30 PR last year as a sophomore. I think that with a smarter winter training plan and some experience I could do better this spring track season. I'm wondering what kind of training I should do over the winter and if I should run a couple of indoor track meets? If I were to do indoor track I would race at the beginning of January. We start outdoor track at the end of February.
Here are my PR's. Also, I'm a Junior girl.
