Great day for our runners today. In addition to Desiree Linden's victory we had Shadrack Biwot finish 3rd and masters runner Dot McMahan finish in the 11th overall position. Very proud of this incredibly tough and inspiring runners!
Their other facebook page Hansons Marathon Method... well this is their post. Just saying "it works" just saying that it wasnt desi that won, it was our method, and here is a link to buy the book.

indeed part of this is true....John Ball is a magician, working on most of the top athletes in the world. he truly has an amazing gift. from saving Ryan Hall's career to Shalane to Desi to Amy to Molly etc etc. he is top notch.
Even if she isn't she is Des warmup gear, singlet, etc All labeled with "Hanson's"
