My goal for the end of the summer, by indoor is to run sub 14 in the 5k.
This might be a stretch considering my PR is only 14:56, but anything is possible right? This summer I have a laid back easy job, that will allow me to train any time I want.

I have been running constantly in the 70s mpw, but this summer I want to make a big improvement.
What is it going to take?
What is my summer going to have to look like in order to cut 57 seconds off of my 5k?
I am all in and I will do whatever that take. I need some advice though, other than just run a lot of miles.
