I do most of my runs on Nike LunaRacer and sometimes Zoom Streak LT 3 a couple times a week. I run on all dirt/gravel trails. The other day I ran when it was raining and wasn't getting any traction at all on the LunarRacers. It was't too muddy, just would of helped if I had more grip on the soles. I've never raced XC so I've never ran in XC spikes. Anyone know if XC spikeless shoes like the Nike Zoom Waffle would offer a decent amount of cushioning with a bit of grip to dig in to the wet soil?
