The EXACT same thing happened last year and the Cleveland coach got fired. Cleveland then went on to win the title.
If the NBA wants to have even the slightest respect, they have to suspend Green for mocking a player he just fouled. After all, everybody knows he is the dirtiest player in the league after REPEATEDLY kicking guys in the crotch last year. Even the Golden State fans were groaning when he did that. I would be embarrassed to have a player like him on my team. Others I would be embarrassed to have on my team include Rajon Rondo, and that punk James Harden who has also been known to kick other players in the crotch.
