At the best scenario , there will be a picture with 1:59:50 or something but not one will care or remember! because it will be fake.

No disputing Nike are the worst, but has anyone thought of this from Eliud's perspective? He waited 13 years for that elusive Olympic gold medal and now has nothing left to prove. He's won in Chicago, Berlin and London and may not be interested in running the same course every year. He's probably not as fixated on Bekele as most letsrunners are and doesn't organise his running around him. Heck, he might not even consider Bekele his biggest rival. He's beaten all his contemporaries and may be looking for a new challenge or thinking about retirement - which we can't fault him on.

He still wants the world record as he mentioned and expressed.
