The young Ingebrigtsen just shoved his way through two athletes and pushed back Charlie Grice at the finish. I have no idea how they can let that stand. There wasn't enough room for him to squeeze through legally.
I don't blame him because if he didn't do that he had no shot, but that can't be legal.

Absolutely no way. Even the NBC announcers saw that FI got arm-barred by the runner (Tsfaye or something) to his inside. That led to FI having to reach right for balance. Watch again. You'll see. Tsfaye was the culprit.

I disagree. Ingebrigtsen tried to squeeze through a gap that wasn't big enough and elbowed two other runners, throwing Grice off his stride. Grice practically fell over the finish line. I think Hutchings, when talking about the race replay, was confused about names. He kept saying Ingebrigtsen was bumped or pushed, when he was the one doing the pushing. I think he meant to say that Grice was the one who was bumped and pushed.
Ingebrigtsen should be DQ'd.
