The guy epitomizes fraud and hypocrisy in self-interested college football coaches.
Stress-related health scare after losing SEC championship in 2010, intimates he is resigning saying "recent developments have forced me to re-evaluate my priorities of faith and family."
Then un-resigns within a few days, taking an indefinite leave of absence, but continues coaching team to Sugar bowl, and then re-assumes full-time duties to get his 100th victory, but resigns again after a poor 2011 season.
Then, you know, because he is so dedicated to his family and all, immediately takes a job at ESPN doing football commentating.
Then within a few months, takes the job at Ohio State, presumably because he wants to avoid stress-related health concerns that could never happen at such a clean program, and spend that precious time with his family, etc.
Then while at Ohio State, he he rats out a Florida coach for recruiting violations.
By the way, 31 of his players were arrested during his nearly six years as the Gators' coach.

Obviously character not a priority as to guys he recruits.
Maybe the all-time leader in player arrests in NCAA history?

He IS a scumbag. He came across as gentile person when he is a low as they come. He is biggest scumbag in all of NCAAA . And I hate Saban - but Saban has scruples - he has none!
Check your facts on Huggy. I think that was 4 year player stat.

I have a friend who is a reporter who is researching the story of the shooting Aaron Hernandez committed allegedly while at Fla with 3 other players that Saint Urban had covered up.
