Off the top of my head.
is l-s that good? i knew nn was.
RI Bishop Hendricken
Eleanor Roosevelt was down quite a bit this year. Look at the National results from indoors or any indoor meets.
Historically strong teams from SC are Spring Valley, Spartanburg, Dorman
VA- Broad Run High School
AZ- Paradise Valley High School

Hey, kids! DyeStat is back up! Sorry you couldn't stay longer.
Good point. That explains why there is no drop-down for high school topics. Oh, wait ...
In Colorado in XC is Fort Collins High School. Boys 4th, and girls 6th at NXN both squads should be better this fall.
Oregon - Jesuit.
Washington - Mead.
This is of course when you look at both mens and womens xc and track.
TX- the woodlands or southlake carroll
I know one school in WI that will take a very long time to break their distance records. SPASH. Had both Solinsky and Suzy Favor-Hamilton. But as the overall "best" school, I'm not sure.
Lincoln-Sudbury is THAT good when considering both XC and Track
Mansfield girls for track and boys for both

Broad Run? Have they ever had a boy run under 10 for 3200?
I'll suggest Blacksburg and Midlothian for VA. They both have national caliber runners each year.
PA: Henderson, Altoona, North Penn, Abington, Cheltenham
California- Loyola High School (Los Angeles) is always at the top every single year, a lot of great athletes have come out of Loyola

I have to say that overall, you could make a very good case for SPASH.
Fact: Stevens Point did not win state cross country in Solinsky's senior year!
But they did the year after that. And they won again in 2008. In the years they don't win, they're always good.
I'm sure someone from other Wisconsin programs might challenge me on this. But I'm from northeastern Wisconsin... I speak of what I know. Make your case.
By the way: I'm not from SPASH.
ny: warwick valley has got to be in this conversation even on a national level. year in and year out they are one of the best md programs in the nation and near the top in xc as well......

Both Very Solid Programs... In the last 9 years you can make a case for Boerne High School. Four 4-A state Championship teams as well as a silver and a bronze... Oh yea and an NXN title. Not bad for a town of 9,000.
California:
Boys: Arcadia/Dana Hills
Girls: Saugus/ Mira Costa
North Carolina: Would have to say Chapel Hill HS.
