He did weigh that, up to 168. But clearly he weighs less now. That is probably the key to his huge breakthrough. I remember some former star runner who posts here a lot saying that Solinksy had no excess weight left to lose, i.e., he was as thin as his body could be in a healthy way, and all that was left was muscle.
Well, some of disagreed. And yes, he lost some of that muscle and other weight, and it made a big difference.

Are you sure about that, as I watched all interviews with Solinsky and did not see him say this.
