Who the HELL cares what the friggin federal government defines as "white." The feds are not the final arbiter of truth in the world. EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET knows that "white" as understood by the average American does not include Arabs, Berbers, Indo-Asians, and the like.

He was banned at least once (i even think it was twice) for enhancing substances in belgium, his records should be scratched. I believe dieter since he was only busted once and was not connected with cheats but this guy was dirty like heck.

I think Kevin Selby said this was the fastest run by a non-African but Mouritt of Belgium and Hissou of Qatar have run faster.
