good for him. would love to see him back in there fighting like he used to. in related news, i saw a guy with a blue and white five guys singlet at boston and chuckled a little bit. five guys is good, but everything in moderation!

I hope the best for him too. Losing 8 pounds should help him out a great deal, especially in the final 400-600m of the 1500m. I wonder when he will run his first race.

If he's still doing most of his running on the alter g then he's still injured. No track for Ritz this year and he is losing all that base that he built training for London which made last year so successful. At least now he can't blame Brad for the injuries.

Isn't Webb a little old to run 1500 PR's? His future is the 5000. I doubt a 3:29 is in his future. Maybe a 12:58 is more like it.

I wonder what the change in % body fat was?
