He mentions losing $1,000 dollars betting on Asafa. Is that legal in track and field to bet on others? I've never heard of such a case....i know in any other sport it would be considered illegal to bet for or against anyone in your own sport no?

Stop stirring up trouble you little bitch you already stated that Bolt is on drugs because he parties and is also fast (good logic there buddy) and clearly have both a grudge against him and personal issues.

Actually Mrr82 mentioned nothing about "because he partied". I think he referenced him being Chambers training partner, WHILE Chambers was using an insane amount of drugs. That is a very strong argument, on top of the crazy times he ran.
Aside from that the question he asks is a valid one. You are not allowed to gamble on your own sport by Iaaf rules i believe, so it's a big mistake to admit to breaking the rules as Bolt did.

Ok Mike, nice try defending yourself, now go back to dyestat and belittle some hs kid to make yourself feel good.
Bolt said:
"If I had a house during the last world championships [2007] I would probably have lost it. Through the rounds Asafa looked so easy, he was smooth, I thought he can't lose. If I'd had a house I would have bet that on the race, but he just lost it man. I actually lost $1,000."
very stupid admission by Bolt. what's the punishment for betting on track?
Um.....no wrote:

How is what one person does a strong argument that someone else is doing the same thing?

Are you agreeing with Mrr82 or bashing him? you start by bashing him, but now are just helping his case by posting the quote.
This does not look good for Bolt. I'm sure nothing will come of it, but you should never admit (or do it) to betting on your own sport. That's just not smart. Obviously not the same thing, but Pete Rose obviously is a great example of an alltimer who will never make the hall of fame...or so it seems.

How many times have training partners of one drug user ended up being one themselves? People kept sticking by the others as one after another Graham athlete went down. Don't be so naive as to not know that they know when eachother are cheating. Chambers took so many drugs it would have been impossible not to know if you trained with him. Cheaters stick together, coaches of cheats are coaches of many cheats. It's just how it is.
I dunno, it just says he lost 1,000$

Really? Guilt by association is "just how it is"? Thank God our legal system doesn't work this way.
How many training partners have you had in your life? Do you know what of each of them puts into their bodies at all times?

You do understand that other countries have quite different rules on gambling on sports, don't you?
Ahh, the UK asked Mills to train Chambers for 6 months in 2006.
Chambers was already over his ban and NOT taking drugs anymore, as far as everyone knows. Chambers freely admitted to taking drugs when he trained in the USA.
Betting? Hahahahaha.
Bolt probably had a friendly wager with his Dad or best buddy. JA$1,000 is about US$15.
You guys are so desperate. Hahahahahah
