Does anyone know of any books or other publications by Renato Canova on his training? I have read the huge thread locked above and there is great info in there, but I have not found any published writings by him (books, chapters, research articles, in-depth magazine articles, etc). Anyone got any info? Thanks.
You can order the marathon training book by Arcelli and Canova through an order form at the IAAF website. I can't remember exactly how to get it, but it's under publications or something.

I mailed in the form. It was very quick and cheap. I think I got the book in a hand-addressed envelope within 7-10 days of mailing the form. They only charged about 6 euros and the postage was something like 5. For the life of me, I don't know why they just don't put the pdf on their website.

I called up with a general question about ordering the book. They sent it to me for free. Working with it now for my marathon in the spring
