a) what's the after-run shower scene looking like?
b) will there be any "prescription medications" involved post-run?
c) will the mcdermottisms make an appearance?
d) I'm afraid of robots. Is that ok?

Yes, we will be running barefoot. After the race we will swim, and there will be shower facilities on location. There will be a possibility of taking a dose of Flonase after the run if my allergies act up. It would be fantastic if the Mcdermottisms would like to join us, but it is looking unlikely now. Hopefully there will be no robots on the course, but we have robot insurance if any happen to show up along the way.

actually, past UCLA - and down Sunset a ways, and back. Believe me, I've measured it by car.
