Of course, too much powerful pure hate and not enough capacity or concealed hate will lead to a bad race. Balanced rage is best rage. All the rage systems must be near equal.

Run 600 meters on controlled anger and the final 200 on hatred. That works much better.

Don't run with hate (negative energy that slows you down) ...run like a tiger. Tigers think of one thing when they run…get the prey. For you, it should be thinking about getting the win. Tigers run with equipoise (fluidity in motion). You cannot run fluid with hatred.

You should always run the last 200/400 of every race on hate and anger. Look at it this way, you just put yourself through hell just to get to the last 200 meters and you are just going to let some chump waltz by you. Screw that, get on your toes and kick his ass into the mondo.

Running fast is all about relaxing.

Didn't you watch the olympics & listen to Bolt aftwerwards, & see him joking around & being relaxed beforehand.

I raged so hard through the finish line that my eyeballs burst out of my skull, followed by gushing streams of blood. Then I ripped off my nipples and threw them into the crowd.

The entire crowd synchronize-vomited in awe of the power of my rage. Alan Webb later gave me his last hair in recognition of the magnitude of my white-hot fury.

Rage is what all the Morrocans are on. They inject liquid rage subcutaneously during the base phase. It's all the rage in Kenya too.

That's so true ... look at Rachid Ramzi, he's a perfect example of running on pure abhorrence. How else could he have burst on to the elite scene a few years ago with his WC double. His eyeballs are bulging in baby-devouring rage, and it shows when he dominates the field in an Olympic prelim before subsequently decapitating a journalist in the press area.
