Two events come to mind for me:
1. On a run in mid-January when it was about 10 degrees out and windy, a guy rolled down his window and screamed "it is cold." Then rolled up his window.
2. This one just baffled me. A friend and I were running across a busy intersection and a car that was turning behind us asked, "How do we get to the F***** armory man?"
One fine day I was running along minding my own business, and a convertible full of fat chics rolls by. The car slows as they make the pass, and a what could easily have been taken for a manatee leans out of the car and yells "eat something!"
My favorite is the simple yet classic "F A G G O T"! Usually, I respond to this comment by licking my fingers and rubbing my exposed nipples. It gets 'em goin'.
Also, I enjoy when people say "cover up" or "put a shirt on" as if that's a big deal!
Once, a guy yelled at me, "What's the funniest, dumbest or most memorable thing a person has shouted at you while running?"
I just ignored him.
Some one once yelled at me to "put a shirt on!" while I was wearing one.
Best I ever got was "you feeling the burn yet?"
"Nate Pennington, you is a bad ass mo fo"...no lie..that was a classic line.

run forrest run! i hate that. i wanna punch them in the face.
August '83, 1-2 minutes into a 15 mile run, my brother turns to the rest of us and says, "....14.9 miles to go!".
"Keep it up my nigga. Keep it up."
Probably the most encouraging words I've ever received out of a car window.
While out running with only a pair of short shorts on/no shirt:
"Sir, I saw the man who stole your clothes, he ran that way!"
Fairly unique, I laughed.
Not on a training run but still deserves mention
Fat cop yells:
"Don't run you'll only get tired"
"yo shorty can i run witchu?"
"your too skinny white boy! stop running NOW!" - young black school girls

You missed a chance for a good comeback. You should have asked them to throw you a donut.
us XC boys were running through downtown when this guy started running next to us and said`"I can keep up witchu guys! I've been running from the cops 25 years!"
Another classic was "don't forget to breath!!"
I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the one i've gotten at least 4 or 5 times, some variation of "there's nobody chasing you", or "who are you running from?"
i actually laughed pretty hard when a dude was hanging out of the passenger side screaming "boogieboogieboogieboogieboogie whoooooooo!"
Dumbest:
"Do worry, she doesn't bite" seconds after that dog got a good chunk of my hammy.
The most memorable thing said was not to me, but to my mom when she was a kid. She was hiking on a country road (not running, but this still pertains) with her brothers late one night and a car pulled up next to them and the driver said, "Whatcha doin'? Pickin' potatoes?"
