March 3, 2009 - Icahn Stadium and the Metropolitan Officials Association would like to invite you to join us for a three (3) day workshop for advancement and productivity of current technical equipment by finish lynx. The workshop will be held March 20th to the 22nd and will be performed by finish lynx employees. An exact time schedule will be forwarded to you when available.
The three (3) day clinic will cover the areas of Timing Equipment, field lynx, palm pilot usage, laser measuring devices, false start detection systems, and clerk lynx to name a few. All of the above mentioned items can aid in the management style in which your association executes competitions and can save the officials, timing crew, and meet management valuable time which will not only move the meet schedule faster but also save money.
We are asking for all associations who are interested in participating in the clinic to pay a registration fee of $350. This will allow an unlimited number of officials from your association to participate at no cost to them. Individuals, both certified officials and those who are not may also participate with a registration fee of $50 per person ($30 with student ID). All the equipment for the clinic will be supplied by Icahn Stadium and lunch will be provided each day.

Attached you will find a tentative schedule for the clinic. As mentioned and finalized schedule will be mailed out once it becomes available.
