2005 Rotterdam Marathon Field Announced By David Monti with Wim van Hemert (c) 2005 Race Results Weekly, all rights reserved March 31, 2005 The organizers of the Fortis Rotterdam Marathon have released their elite fields, and last year's men's champion and course record holder, Felix Limo of Kenya, is amongst the top entrants. Besides Limo, two other men, Titus Munji and William Kiplagat, have also broken the 2:07 barrier. The race also serves as the Dutch Championships, and Luc Krotwaar and Kamiel Maase are both entered. Lornah Kiplagat, the Kenyan-born Dutchwoman, is the powerhouse in the women's field with a 2:22 personal best. Kiplagat could certainly break 2:20 on this very flat course.
