Noble won a three-person race by 30+ seconds, but the NCAA might not allow him to qualify for nationals as the race featured pacing lights -- even though they're perfectly legal under USATF and World Athletics rules and the NCAA qualifying manual says one can qualify for NCAAs in an open meet run under USATF rules.
