Asics has been the leader in innovation for developing the best possible shoe(s) for running comfort and durability. The Nimbus does not disappoint as it ticks all my boxes giving a superb fit with comfort and durability. I was an elite runner when I was younger, and I still am as a masters athlete, and I have been almost injury free wearing Asics shoes.

  • Comfortable and well cushioned, but expensive

I ran in Asics Gel Nimbus 24 and loved them but then they made the 25 too cushioned and not wide or stable enough. I find the Asics Gel Nimbus comfortable, cushioned and stable. The price point is a bit high but hopefully Asics release the Gel Nimbus 27 soon and then the 26 price will drop.

The GEL-Nimbus 26 provides ideal forefoot cushioning and great overall confort for my wider forefoot.

The nimbus seem to run fairly narrow and took some breaking in. I prefer the Cumilus over them ..better fit for me and more durable I think
