Athlos NYC 2025 – Television and Streaming Information – How to Watch
Here's how you can watch Friday night's track and field action from Randall's Island

The meet will be broadcast live on youtube (embedded below) and X. It also will be on the ION network. The broadcast starts at 7 pm ET. At least we think it does. The youtube broadcast below says it starts at 7 pm ET, but a post on x says it starts at 7:15 pm ET.
To be honest, the Athlos website is struggling with the basics. They also list two different schedules. The schedule below comes directly from the Athlos website. However, we think it’s inaccurate as the live timing site lists different times. We’d go with the live timing site. The live timing says the first pro event is at 7:37 pm ET while the Athlos website say it’s at 7:20 pm ET.
