This week we look ahead to a stacked RAK Half Marathon and ahead to the Müller Indoor Grand Prix.

RAK is loaded – (Jacob Kiplimo (57:31 WR last time out in Lisbon in November). Ababel Yeshaneh, who ran 64:31 WR at RAK in 2020. Hellen Obiri (64:51 in half debut in Istanbul last year, won Great North Run in September). Genzebe Dibaba 65:18 in only half (win at ‘20 Valencia), barely raced at all last year. Sheila Chepkirui 64:54 pb. Nine sub-59:00 men including Alexander Mutiso (57:59 pb, #4 all-time) and Abel Kipchumba (58:07 in Valencia last year). And Amedework Walelegn (2020 World Half bronze)).

The  Müller Indoor Grand Prix is headlined by Keely Hodgkinson vs Natoya Goule, a British record attempt at 1500, and Noah Lyles in the 60.
