Podcast: Mary Cain’s NOP Allegations, Diamond League Changes, How to Better Moderate / Leah O’Connor’s Messageboard Complaints + More Marathon Trials Talk
Novemer 13, 2019
Never before has the LetsRun.com crew discussed one thing as they did in this week’s podcast. Wejo, Rojo, and Jon spent nearly 52 minutes discussing Mary Cain’s troubling allegations against Alberto Salazar and the Nike Oregon Project, and the everything related to them, teen phenoms, and her stay in the NOP.
It wasn’t all doom and gloom as the LetsRun team discussed the Diamond League changes, gave a little insight into a talk Rojo had with Seb Coe, plus talked more about the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials and whether they slighted Jim Walmsley. Then the LRC team finished by discussing Leah O’Connor’s criticism of the LetsRun.com message boards and what steps can be done to improve moderation.
