How to watch:

In USA: U.S. fans, we’ve got great news for you. We’ve learned you can watch this meet and all of the 2017 Diamond League season live on TV without shelling out $69.99 for the NBC Sports Gold Track & Field Pass. NBC has told us that all 14 meets will air live on TV in the U.S., either on NBC, NBCSN or Universal HD.

This meet will air live in the United States on NBCSN from 2-4 pm ET.

If you want to watch online, meets shown on NBC or NBCSN can be streamed live through NBC Sports’ website or the NBC Sports app. If you want to watch field events from start to finish, you should sign up for the NBC Gold Track and Field Pass, which costs $69.99 for the entire year. In addition to extra live dedicated cameras for Diamond League field events (meaning you can watch field events in their entirety), NBC gold provides access to every Diamond League meet, the USATF Outdoor Championships, the World Outdoor Championships, select major marathons and select other meets (full schedule here). With the pass, you can also watch full event replays online as well.

In Europe: It was announced that Eurosport would carry the Diamond League live in 2017 except for the meets held in Britain. BBC will have access to highlights for a highlight show. If you have a European IP address, you can watch Eurosport live online here for £3.99/month (yearly subscription) or £5.99/month (one month at time).

How to be a fan: We always say the best way to watch the meet is ot watch it live online on tv or online and then talk about it live on our fan forum / messageboard:  Official 2017 Rome Diamond League Discussion Thread.
