The action in the men’s race at the 2016 NCAA Cross Country Regional was intense as always today. In the end, it appears seven teams will make it to NCAAs out of the region.

The battle for the individual title was intense as well as a small dog decided he or she could take the title. In the end, after a battle for first, the dog dropped out after realizing he or she would be academically ineligible as instead of study, he or she enjoys sleeping for most of the day.
