Live Stream of 2019 World Track and Field Championships Host City Announcement – Does Eugene Win?

The IAAF has just announced (2 hours in advance) that they will be live streaming the final presentations by the three host cities for the 2019 World Track and Field Championships (Eugene, Oregon; Doha; and Barcelona) starting at 6 am eastern today. The presentations will immediately be followed by a vote and live announcement of the winner.
