Vivian pulling out injured from Berlin and signing up for Valencia?
Vivian pulling out injured from Berlin and signing up for Valencia?
I have been waiting to hear what this major bust is since the thread started, but I haven’t seen anything and will probably not see anything with all the races canceled.
Not just races, courts are shutting down too (depending on country of course), which may lead to further delays here (if the story is true).

Bump
I was thinking the same thing. Some folks got lucky.
No worries about no pending Kenyan cases next year, but you are likely right that they are sitting on Kenyan doping stories until athletics resumes, probably in a world or Olympic year. There won't be any shortage of doping positives now that they have been doing testing, or at least after the shutdown ends.
Recent Kenya busts (plus Ruth Jebet):
Ruth Jebet former steeple world record holder
Salome Jerono Biwott
Rita Jeptoo Chicago and Boston marathon winner
Asbel Kiprop 2008 Olympic 1500m gold, plus world gold in 2011, 2013, and 2015
Jemima Sumgong 2016 Olympic Marathon gold
Cyrus Rutto
Vincent Kipsegechi Yator (marathoner)
Wilson Kipsang, former marathon world record holder
Sammy Kiprop Kitwara, world half marathon gold medalist

but but but according to Renato and el k....these are top tier runners lol...or whats the excuse now? I cant keep up. the lies and excuses for Kenyans are as bad as the dumb sh*t that comes out of trumps mouth
Only bust was spring 2020
Do you understand tha Berlin was on 29th September and Valencia on 1st December ?
Is strange for you that an atlete, not in full shape because some injury, can compete 2 months later ?
Even though I guessed the wrong person who the OP started this thread about, I've still been following it because the bust that I know and guessed is still coming. And when that happens, I will come here to tell everyone to suck it. As of several weeks ago, I was told by someone with authority that the test results are being challenged by the athlete. What sucks is that sanctions usually start from the date of the test. So if the person is eventually found guilty and sanctioned, they will be serving part of their ban right now...when there's no races anyway.
Any word on this potential bust?
Stablemaster, you still out there?

Anyone can start an extremely vague thread like this. Eventually, the prediction will come true.
My guess on the lower tier guy (and someone supposedly in the know confirmed) and earlier posts on this thread were deleted. But the guy's name is still mentioned on this thread a couple of times. Now I'm a little more interested in how this turns out.
I believe Salwa Eid Nasser might be the name that the OP is referring to.
Bumpity Bump. And the correct answer was Kevin Castille. I now refer you back to the first few pages of this thread and I will accept your humble apology. Called it!!

Salwa Eid Nasser is probably who Brett Colthier was referring to, not the OP.

Wow. I just got a text from a very much “in the know” individual. Brace yourselves. You’re going to be shocked.
Finally, months later. I wasn’t sure if this was going to happen.

Is a whereabouts failure worth 5 months of wild speculation?
After all that buildup, seems like a rather anti-climatic disappointment.
How is that good for the sport?
