I run the 600m, 1000m, and 1600m for indoor track. But the geniuses who run my conference decided to put them right next to each other, one-two-three, for meets. So the three end up being within thirty minutes of each other. Any given meet, I run two of the three of the events. Any advice on trying to recover faster?? Or should I just pick and choose one of the events and then do a supplemental event that occurs later in the meets (like the 4x400m, 300m, or 3,200m)?
